Support Desk Specialist Tier II

Department: IT/Technical
Location: St. Louis Park, MN

As a Support Desk Specialist (Tier 2), you will provide quality services and solutions to our clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will provide phone support, remote troubleshooting and administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and services for end users at client site
  • Providing remote monitoring of client equipment by means of remote management software
  • Installing security patches and service packs

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Citrix, VMWare View, and/or Other VDI Environments
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Remote Desktop Farms and Terminal Server Environments
  • Wireless/networking/printer knowledge
  • Solid understanding of the administration of network operating systems and Microsoft Active Directory Environments
  • Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications and Visio
  • Superior communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people
  • Must be organized and professional
